Coordination meeting: The points included in the MoA thoroughly discussed

The coordination meeting with the members of state level Myanmar-China border trade cooperation implementation committee and the responsible persons from Myanmar Hein Ya Co., Ltd on the points contained in the draft MoA regarding with the Kan Paing Ti Economic Zone Project was held at 10 Am on 3rd April at the Malikha Hall of Kachin State Government Office for the strengthening of trade flow between the two countries through the Kan Paing Ti border post which is a trade route of Myanmar-China border trade in Wai Maw Township, Myitkyina District of Kachin State.

At the meeting, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan said the implementation of Kan Paing Ti Economic Zone Project is one of the important tasks for the strengthening of border trade flow between the two countries. The discussion is needed the systematic, strict, accurate scrutinizing to sign the MoA in line with the law to implement the project and the trade flow between the two countries will be smooth and easy.

Next, the state level committee secretary state head officer of state investment and companies administration department Dr. Theint Theint Moe clarified the points discussed during the previous meeting regarding with the MoA on Kan Paing Ti Economic Zone Project, the points to be discussed again and the matters to be supplemented.

Then, the state ministers, state advocate general, members of state committee departmental officials and the responsible persons from Myanmar Hein Ya Co., Ltd that will invest in the project discussed and gave necessary suggestions on the points contained in the draft MoA to be in line with the law, procedures, order and directives of the relevant departments.
